The village
Le Thoureil is ideally located on the « Loire à vélo » cycle route (900 km accross beautiful lanscapes, villages and remarkable tourist sites between Nevers and the Atlantic Coast).Then our friends cyclists are obviously particularly welcomed ; a bike park and repairing area will be especially dedicated to their bicycles.
Hikers will surely also appreciate the region for its hiking routes as GR3 (passes very close to our house)

La Loire à vélo
You are a cycling fan ? Then come and cycle along the banks of the Loire, the last wild river in Europe.
Hiking routes of GR3
Confirmed walkers or just beginners, you wish to discover the wild Loire river by foot, then you will be able to reach the hiking routes of GR3 at only about 500 m from the house.

You prefer to discover the lifestyle of a château ! The hardest part is to choose which one … The nearest : Angers, Saumur, Brissac … a little further away , Chenonceau, Ambroise, Chambord … and so many others.
